First Breeding Season Guarantee
All bulls selling for $2000 or more will be covered 50% by the EAGA member if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls.

50% of the value of the injured bull, minus ones half salvage value, will be given as credit in a future sale or toward a replacement bull if one is available. Salvage value, if any, will be split equally between the EAGA member and the buyer. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 1, 2010.

INSPECTION OF CATTLE: Cattle will be available for inspection at the sale site beginning Tuesday, June 1st.

TERMS: Cash. Please settle for cattle promptly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cattle sell according to the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

SEMEN EVALUATION: All bulls have passed a BSE exam done by Dr. Robert Bluhm, Audubon, IA. All bulls are guaranteed breeders. All bulls will be given a test for soundness and physical quality along with scrotal measurements.

HEALTH: All bulls were tested for PI-BVD prior to on test delivery. Interstate health papers will be furnished on all cattle selling.

TRUCKING: We will be glad to assist in making the best possible trucking arrangements.

INSURANCE: Will be available sale day through Conover Auction Service, an American Livestock agent.

LIABILITY: All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise for their safety or the behavior of the animals. The Owners, Auction Service and Sale Staff assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: From the block will take precedence over the catalog. Buyers unable to attend may send their bids to the Auction Service, Field Representatives or Auctioneer.
