INSPECTION OF CATTLE:
Cattle may be viewed at the sale site - Sunday, March 1st.
HEALTH:
Interstate health papers will be furnished on all cattle
selling.
TRUCKING:
We will be glad to assist in making the best possible
trucking arrangements.
TERMS:
Cash. Please settle for cattle promptly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cattle will sell according to the standard terms and
conditions of the American Angus Association.
SEMEN EVALUATION:
All bulls are guaranteed breeders - a fertility test for all
coming two year bulls will be passed before sale day.
All yearlings old enough will be given a fertility test
before sale time. All bulls will be given a test for
soundness and physical quality along with scrotal
measurements.
RETAINED INTEREST:
On selected bulls, a two-thirds (2/3) semen interest is
being retained. You will own full possession and 100%
salvage value of the bull. Buyer will pay full amount
of the bid price.
BOARDING:
We offer free boarding of just the yearling bulls until
April 15th. We will take the bulls back to the ranch
where they will be fed a growing/conditioning ration.
Due to limited space, WE CAN ONLY OFFER THIS ON THE YEARLING
BULLS. A charge of $2/day per head will be asked for
boarding beyond April 15th. Please make arrangements
with Darrel on boarding your bulls.
INSURANCE:
Will be available through Conover Auction Service, a Harding
& Harding agent.
LIABILITY:
All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk,
legal or otherwise, for their safety or the behavior of the
animals. The Owner, Auction Service and Sale Staff assume no
liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
From the block will take precedence over the catalog. Buyers
unable to attend may send their bids to the Auction Service,
Field Representatives or Auctioneers.
