TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cattle will sell under the Terms and Conditions as
recommended by the American Angus Association.
Effective June 1, 2009, all Angus cattle must be paid for the day of
the sale or money wired the next business day. If one of these two
transactions does not take place the purchase is declared void and
at this default the buyer is responsible for sales expense!
LIABILITY:
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk,
legal or otherwise, for their safety or for the behavior of
the animals. The owners, sale managements firm, and the sale
staff assume no liability for property loss or any accident
that may occur.
HERD HEALTH:
All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates
for immediate shipment.
TRUCKING:
Truckers believed to be reliable will be available to assist
you in shipping your purchases.
LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE:
A representative from Great American Insurance Group will be
available to assist you with mortality insurance for your
purchases.
BREEDING INFORMATION:
A supplemental sheet will be available sale day with
complete and up-to-date calving information. Announcements
from auction block regarding the cattle selling in this sale
take precedence over information listed in this sale book.
FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS:
Complimentary supper Saturday evening and
