Bulls:
The J&C sale offers $100 per head cash to buyers of bulls loaded out sale day or day after sale. Free delivery to Nebraska buyers. Free delivery to buyers form other states within 250 miles radius of J&C, provided the total purchase price is $1,500 or more. Cooperation to other states. Normal feed and care charges apply on all animals after March 29. J&C will start delivery
March 10, 2012.

All bulls will be semen checked January 20, 2012 by Vogler Semen Center. All bulls will have scrotal measurements same day and recorded and actual weight on back of sale order, available late PM Friday, January 27, 2012. Sale order available then too.


Air Transportation:
Omaha Eppley at Omaha. Has all major airlines. About 75 miles from sale. Fremont Municipal Airport, Airport Road, Fremont Aviation, Inc. 402-721-4520. In operation 7 days a week. 5,500 ft. access small jets. 45 minutes from West Point.

Terms & Conditions:
All cattle are to be settled for at sale site office. They sell fully guaranteed and sell under terms & conditions of the American Simmental Association.

Insurance:
Insurance will be available from sale clerks in the office. Two months at 3%; six months at 4%, one year at 6%. Billing for insurance will be done by American Livestock Insurance. Cattle are considered insured when request is made at the sale office.

Liability:
Neither the sale host J&C & Guest Consignors, Auctioneer or West Point Livestock assume any liability for any accidents which may occur.

Guaranteed Embryos:
All guaranteed embryo work must be done by a licensed technician.

Free Beef Lunch:
will be provided by J&C sale, under the direction of Jeanette Volk. Serving will start at 11:00 AM and close 1 hour after sale. Serving will be in auction market and lunch room. Please take your plate to auction arena as lunch room is small.
