Directions from the Fairgrounds to Hotel:
Take Interstate 55 South toward McComb • Take Ext 94 Hattisburg/
Meridian exit onto Interstate 20 East. Go about 2 miles and take Exit
48 Pearl. Turn left from exit onto Pearson Road and take next left at
Red light onto Riverwind Drive. The hotel is located by the Cracker
Barrel restaurant.

Directions to Coliseum, Dixie Sales Arena
Take I55 to the High Street Exit to the Mississippi State Fairgrounds
and Coliseum. Enter into the Main gate from High Street take a right
you will see the livestock barns and Dixie sales arena.

Sale Terms & Conditions
Terms: CASH All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after
the sale and will not be released until after settlement or arrangements
have been made. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full.

Guarantee
All cattle sell fully guaranteed under the Suggested Terms and
Conditions of the American Simmental Association updated 1-1-12.

Mail or Phone Bids
If you would like to place a bid on any lot but will not be able to
attend the sale, please direct your mail or phone bids to the owners,
the sale manager or the sale staff.

Purchaser’s Risk
Each animal becomes the property of, and therefore the risk of the
purchaser as soon as sold. It shall be the obligation of the seller
to see that animals are fed and cared for (free of charge) until
loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 24 hours after the sale,
whichever occurs first.

Insurance
Insurance for your purchases will be available sale day at the clerk's
desk through Jamie Secondino, Harding & Harding • 812-208-0956

Announcements
Announcements made from the auction block by the owners or the
auctioneer will take precedence over statements in the sale catalog.
We reserve the right to with draw any sale lots not meeting our
specifications prior to sale time

for any accidents or loss of property. As the sale manager, DP
