It was an absolutely beautiful weekend for the Stars & Stripes Sale. The weekend started with a celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg with the always - anticipated battlefield tour. This year Dr. Carol Reardon and Tom Vossler gave the tour as they celebrate the release of their upcoming book on Gettysburg. A great crowd was on hand on sale day to check out the offering, and lots of action took place on the internet and over the phone. Cattle sold to 13 states: PA, NC, IN, NY, VA, NE, OH, IN, IA, TX, WV, KY, MD, and one Canadian Province: SK.
