Terms:
All cattle sell under the Suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Association.

Trucking:
Uppin the Ante Sale force will assist buyers in coordinating and making the most economical trucking possible.

Terms of Payment:
Cash on day of sale. Bulls that are picked up immediately following the sale will receive $50/hd discount from the purchase price.

Registrations:
Bulls will be registered upon the request of the buyer.

Feeding Arrangements and Insurance:
Uppin' the Ante breeders will offer to keep and feed bulls for $1.25 per head per day until April 1st; however, all animals are at owner’s risk and become the property of the purchaser as soon as declared sold. Arrangements will be made to have insurance available when making settlement.

Bids:
If you are unable to attend sale day, bids can be mailed or left with any of the sale representatives, auctioneer or breeders.
