Inspection of Cattle:
Cattle can be viewed at the farm anytime before February 8th, 2011

Insurance:
We take every precaution for the care and safety of your purchases. Yearling bulls can be kept free of charge at our risk until April 15th.

Breeding Information:
A supplement sheet will be available sale day with ultrasound data and DNA results.

Terms:
Cattle will sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association and the American Simmental Association.

Food and Refreshments:
A roast beef dinner will be served at 11:00 am in the sale barn.

Volume Discounts:
Discounts are available on purchases of two or more bulls. Talk to Dale
for details.

On-Order Purchase Policy:
If you are interested in some of the cattle selling and are unable to attend
the sale, we can purchase the cattle for you on order. We guarantee your
satisfaction, or you don’t own them. Please call early, so we have time to
visit about the offering.

Delivery:
We offer free delivery to South Dakota and surrounding states. We will
help with travel coordination on cattle sold beyond these boundaries. We
would appreciate coming two year old bulls and bred heifers to go home
sale day or delivery arrangements to be made shortly after the sale. We
again offer to keep the yearling bulls free of charge until May 1st, 2011. We give $50 credit per bull off the purchase price if you take your bulls home sale day (yearling bulls only).

Guarantee:
The bulls are semen tested and guaranteed to be breeders. Any problem you have with our bulls is our problem. We will do our best to correct any problems that may occur. If a problem does occur we offer a suitable replacement if we have one available or credit towards a future purchase. The bred heifers are pregnancy checked and guaranteed to calve within the time period printed.

Semen Interests
Werning Cattle Company will be retaining one-third revenuesharing
semen interest in all the bulls selling. This means if
we would like to collect semen on the bull for our own use,
we would have the option to do so. Also, if semen is sold on
the particular bull, we would retain one-third revenue. The
new owners of these bulls will have full possession and full
salvage value.
